- 8 hard cooked eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half lenghtwise. Remove yolks and place in medium sized bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients, blend well. Using this mix, refill whites using approximately 2 teaspoon mix.
