Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 500g small potatoes
- 3 rashers of bacon
- 3 spring onions
- White vinigar
- salt
- pepper
- Tbls cooking oil
Instructions
- Wash and steam potatoes
- Leave to cool a little.Chop bacon rashers into small pieces,fry till nearly crisp.
- peel potato skins if desired
- Dice potatoes and place into a bowl
- Chop spring onions place into the bowl
- Add bacon rashers and the oil to the potato's mix in gently
- Season with salt and pepper,sprinkle vinigar over to taste.
