    Potato Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 500g small potatoes
    • 3 rashers of bacon
    • 3 spring onions
    • White vinigar
    • salt
    • pepper
    • Tbls cooking oil


    Instructions


    1. Wash and steam potatoes

    2. Leave to cool a little.Chop bacon rashers into small pieces,fry till nearly crisp.

    3. peel potato skins if desired

    4. Dice potatoes and place into a bowl

    5. Chop spring onions place into the bowl

    6. Add bacon rashers and the oil to the potato's mix in gently

    7. Season with salt and pepper,sprinkle vinigar over to taste.
