    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. lean ground chuck
    • 2 medium onions, chopped
    • 2 green peppers, seeded and chopped
    • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes
    • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 2-1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    • 2-1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup rice (not Minute Rice®)


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.

    2. Put all ingredients into crockpot. Stir thoroughly.

    3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 hours.
