List of Ingredients



• FIRST LAYER:
  
• 1 cup plain flour
  
• 1 stick butter, at room temperature
  
• 1 tablespoon sugar
  
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  
• SECOND LAYER:
  
• 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
  
• 1 cup (or more) of whipped topping
  
• 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  
• THIRD LAYER:
  
• 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding, mixed according to package directions.
  
• FOURTH LAYER:
  
• Spread a layer of whipped topping on top of the third layer.
  






Instructions



1. Start with a glass or aluminum 10"x14" baking pan.
   
   
2. FIRST LAYER: Mix all ingredients together like cookie dough and press into the bottom of the baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
   
   
3. SECOND LAYER: Mix all ingredients in the second layer together and spread on top of the baked cookie dough.
   
   
4. THIRD LAYER: Mix 2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding (you can use any flavor you like - sliced peaches are also very good)according to the package directions and spread on top of the second (cream cheese)layer.
   
   
5. FOURTH LAYER: Spread a layer of whipped topping on top of the third (pudding) layer and chill for at least two hours.
