Old-Fashioned Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 sweet gherkin pickles, diced
- 4-5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (save one to slice and use as a garnish)
Instructions
- After cooking potatoes, peel them and cut into chunks.
- Several hours ahead of time, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate.
- Garnish with hard-cooked egg wedges or slices, sliced green olives, pickles or a combination of all three.
