List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. cubed beef
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cups cubed potatoes
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Put beef, carrots, potatoes, celery & onion into a large casserole dish with a lid.
- Combine soups, water & salt. Stir into casserole. Cover tightly with lid.
- Bake 4 hours at 300°F. DO NOT open lid until ready at 4 hours.
