List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 pint low-fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into a 13x9x2" baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350º F for one hour.
