    Holly tweaked it for a long time before she got it right where she like it!!! I am sure that is is a good one..

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb Lean Steak
    8 – 12 oz Pkg Fresh Mushrooms
    ¼ cup Flour
    ½ tbsp Garlic Powder - for flour mixture
    ½ - 1 tbsp
    Paprika - for flour mixture
    1 bullion cube Beef flavor
    Oil To own preference
    Sour cream To taste
    12 oz No yolk noodles

    Recipe



    1.Cut Steak up into small stripes.

    2.Coat stripes in flour mixture

    3.Heat oil for approximately 1 minute. Add meat and mushrooms. Brown meat and mushrooms for approximately 5 mins. There should be pink on inside but brown on out. The meat will continue to cook with next step.

    4.While meat is browning take 1 beef bullion cube to 1 cup hot boiling water to dissolve. Add water to meat after browning until almost done. Add approximately ¼ at a time. Cook down water then add more and cook that down. Do this until meat is done and the liquid is thick. You may or may not use all water.

    5.Make sure to set out sour cream when starting the recipe. This will bring to room temperature and will not curdle when adding at end.

    6.let cool for approximately 10 minutes then add sour cream.

    7.serve over noodles or your choice.
