LOW FAT CHICKEN ALFREDO

My SisterFriend Holly has made this several times and its really really Good…and literally 1/10 the fat and calories…
You will just have to try it for yourself!
List of Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. of chicken breast cut into PCs.
Package of fresh mushrooms sliced 8 – 12 ozs
Salt pepper and fresh garlic to taste
Half n half
Parmesan cheese (not chunk but the sprinkle kind)
Recipe
In a skillet sauté chicken, fresh mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic, in butter with about 3 tablespoons (maybe a little more.) This will add flavor to the half-n half)Cook until chicken just turns white all the way through.
Turn heat to medium (electric stove around 5)
Add about 1 cup of half n half (maybe less it should just come up to chicken)
Cook on medium (5 on electric stove) until it starts to boil… DO NOT LET IT BOIL take off burner and place on another burner and turn on to low (electric stove 3.5-4)
Add about ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
Cook additional 3 mins or so. You will tell when it is done..Kind of thick but being so low in fat it be kind of thin…NEVER LET BOIL ALWAYS COOK ON LOW..
Toss over pasta…
