This recipe is an alternative to the one above and I usually use London Broil when it is buy one, get one free. Love that it makes its own gravy and is ready to serve over mashed potatoes. Devon likes me to save the leftover gravy for later in the week on this one.
List of Ingredients
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Golden Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 packet dry Onion Soup Mix
1 three pound or more Roast. The cheaper (oh, I mean less expensive, don't I) cut, the better
Recipe
Place roast in the slow cooker and place the soups on top of the roast. No muss, no fuss!! Cook at least 8 to 10 hours on low.
