    I have made Dump Cakes in the Crockpot also. This is a great variation.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can cherry pie filling

    1 can crushed pineapples

    1 box of yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines butter recipe golden )

    1 stick of butter (frozen)

    1 ½ cup of chopped nuts (pecans)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven (box mix directions for baking cake temperature)

    Spread pie filling in the bottom of 9 x 11 baking dish.

    Spread crush pineapples over pie filling

    Sprinkle cake mix evenly over crush pineapples.

    Top with chopped nuts

    Chop up frozen butter and even sprinkle over nuts

    Bake cake according to box mix
