    Use the same ingredients for Chicken, Pork steaks or veal.


    List of Ingredients


    • Egg
    • Bread Crumbs
    • Garlic Powder
    • Italian grated cheese
    • Parsley flakes
    • olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Whip egg in a bowl you will use for dipping the meat.
    2. Add remaining ingredients.
    3. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
    4. Dip meat into egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Brown meat. You will not need to fully cook this. Set into roaster pan.
    5. Bake items in oven 350 degrees until fully cooked.


    Final Comments


    Great hot or cold. When using veal or pork steaks, slice very thin. It is easier when the item is frozen to slice thin! Morelli family ate this on Christmas and Easter.
