Sausage Egg Muffin

- 1 lb. breaksfast sausage
- 12 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. real bacon bits
- 1/2c. shredded cheese( your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Press sausage firmly into bottom and sides of muffin tin (12) forming about 1/4 inch rim at top of cup.
- Crack 1 egg into each sausage cup.
- Sprinkle each with bacon bits and cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until yolks are set.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.2 muffins each.
