    Sausage Egg Muffin

    • 1 lb. breaksfast sausage
    • 12 eggs
    • 3 Tbsp. real bacon bits
    • 1/2c. shredded cheese( your choice)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400.Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
    2. Press sausage firmly into bottom and sides of muffin tin (12) forming about 1/4 inch rim at top of cup.
    3. Crack 1 egg into each sausage cup.
    4. Sprinkle each with bacon bits and cheese.
    5. Bake 20 minutes or until yolks are set.
    6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

    7. Makes 6 servings.2 muffins each.
