This is a quick dessert great at Thansgiving or anytime you need something quick to share.
List of Ingredients
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,softened
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp.pumpkin pie spice
- 1- 8 oz tub of Cool whip(thawed)
- 2- prepared graham cracker pie crusts
- 1/2 c. sugar
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese,pumpkin,sugar,pumpkin pie spice in bowl till smooth.
- Gently stir in thawed tub of cool whip.
- Spoon into pie crust.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
- Makes 8 servings.
Final Comments
This recipe makes two pies !!! Yummy!!
