Double Layer Chocolate Cheese Cake
I've made this for several years, and we all love it.
Double Layer Chocolate Cheese Cake
4 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. cool whip
1 T. each milk and sugar 2 C. milk
2 pkgs. choc. instant pudding 1 Lg. graham crust
Mix cream cheese, 1 T. milk and 1 T. sugar with whisk
'till smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 C. cool whip.
Spread onto crust. Pour 2 C. milk into bowl and add
puddings. With whisk beat till mixed.(mixture will be
thick). Immediately stir in rest of cool whip. Spread
over cream cheese layer. Chill for 4 hrs. or until
set.
