    Double Layer Pumpkin Cheese Cake

    This is a super recipe. If you love pumpkin, you'll love this!!! Double Layer Pumpkin Cheese Cake
    4oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 T. milk
    1 T. sugar
    1 1/2 C. cool whip(save rest of tub for serving)
    1 Lg. graham crust
    1 C. milk
    16 oz.pumpkin
    2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. ginger
    1/4 t. cloves
    Mix cream cheese, 1 T. milk and 1 T. sugar in bowl
    with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 C.
    of cool whip. Spread onto crust. Pour 1 C. milk into
    bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices. Beat with
    wire whisk until well mixed. (mixture will be thick)
    Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill 4 hrs. or until
    set. Garnish with remaining cool whip. Serves 8
