Nathan's Fish Breading
This is a breading recipe that my son, Nathan, made up and uses. He is such a good chef and he shared this very good recipe of his. Thanks, Nathan.
2 1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. cornmeal
1 long package of saltine crackers, crushed
2 tsp. paprika
1 T. oregano leaves, crushed
1 T. seasoned salt (approx.)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix all and then press fish into it. Deep fry till done.
