    Sausage Spice Mix

    13 T. plus 1 tsp. ground sage
    3 T. plus 1 tsp. each cumin, oregano, ground pepper and salt (salt is opt.)
    1 T. plus 2 tsp. each garlic powder and cloves
    for hotter sausage, add 3 T. plus 1 tsp. chili powder

    Mix ingredients; store in airtight container.

    Use 4-5 T. per lb. of ground meat or chicken, mixing in before cooking.
