    1 lb hand minced chicken breasts
    1 onion finely chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parslep
    1/2 glass white wine
    2 tsp English mustard
    approx 1/4 pint double cream
    2 oz grated strong cheddar cheese
    mashed potato to top

    Recipe



    Fry the onion in a little oil until translucent. Add the chicken and gently cook until the chicken turns white. Add the wine, bay leaf and parsley and simmer for 20 mins

    Add the remaining ingredients except the mashed potato and simmer


    Place in an ovenproof dish and top with potato.

    Bake in the oven (220C) until golden brown.

    Serve.
