4 slices roast beef
2 buns buttered
2 tsp English mustard
1 medium onion sliced
1 oz butter
1 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste.Recipe
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions until translucent and slightly browned. Remove and keep warm.
Heat the oil and fry the roast beef for 1 minute each side, season.
Spread 1 tsp mustard on each bun, divide the onion between them and add 2 slices of beef per bun.
