    lemonade pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (5oz.)evaporated milk
    • 1 pkg (3.4oz.)instant lemon pudding mix
    • 2 pkg (8oz each)cream cheese,softened
    • 3/4c. lemonade conetrate
    • 1 graham cracker crust(9inch)


    Instructions


    1. in a mixing bowl,combine milk and pudding mix;beat on
    2. low speed for 2 in.(mixture will be thick).in another
    3. mixing bowl,beat cream cheese until light and fluffy,
    4. about 3min. gradually beat in lemonade concentrate.
    5. gradually beat in pudding mixture. pour into crust .
    6. cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs
