    I entered this in a dessert contest and won first place! Very Good! You will never have any left!

    List of Ingredients




    1 box Strawberry Cake Mix

    1 Can Diet 7UP (or any other clear diet)

    1 egg

    1 pkg SF Strawberry Jello

    1 C. Boiling Water

    1 Tub FF Coolwhip

    1 C. Skim Milk

    1 Box SF FF Vanilla Pudding

    3 Cups Strawberries Sliced

    Recipe



    Mix the cake mix, water and egg.

    Pour into 9X13 baking pan sprayed with PAM
    Bake as directed

    Bring 1 C. Water to a boil add the strawberry jello and cool (do not let set up)

    Mix the milk and pudding together let set up in the fridge 10 minutes

    Fold inthe thawed cool whip

    When the cake is done cool

    Poke holes all over the cake and pour the strawberry jello on top

    Frost with the pudding/coolwhip mixture

    Lay sliced strawberries on top

    12 servings @ 3 pts.
