I just modified this a bit to be more WW friendly this is going to be made for Easter Sunday! YUMMY!!!!
List of Ingredients
- 1 Store Bought Angel Food Cake
- 1 C. Thawed light Cool Whip
- 1 Can crushed Pineapple undrained
- 1 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. fresh strawberry slices
Instructions
- Cut Angel Food Cake into 3 equal layers (crosswise)
- Mix pineapple and pudding mix until well mixed
- Fold in coolwhip
- On a serving plate spread 1 1/3 c. up the pudding mixture on top of the bottom layer of cake
- Repeat next layer with 1 c. of pudding mixture
- Top with last layer and frost with last of pudding mixture
- Refrigerate atleast one hour
- Top with sliced strawberries right before serving
