    Yummy a lemon lovers dream!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lemon cake mix
    1 egg
    1 can diet sprite/7up
    1 box lemon sf jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tub ff coolwhip
    1 c. skim milk
    1 pkg. sf/ff lemon pudding

    Recipe




    Pre heat over per directions on cake mix box

    In a large bowl mix together cake mix, egg, diet soda and kool aid

    Bake as directed on box

    Mix together the boiling water and jello set aside (do not let set up)

    Mix the milk & pudding mix let set 10 min in fridge

    Fold in coolwhip

    Let cake cool and poke holes in cake and pour over the jello

    "Ice" with pudding cool whip mixture

    12 servings at 3pts each
