Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce

Perk up plain yogurt with the flavor of dill and moisten these grilled salmon steaks
List of Ingredients
- 1 C. Plain Non Fat Yogurt
- 2 tsp minced fresh dill
- 1/4 C. chopped scallions
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 tsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp minced chives
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 lb salmon steaks
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use
- Spray the racksof the grill with non stick spray (I like olive oil flavor)
- Brush the salmon steaks with olive oil and grill over medium=hot heat for 4 min per side or just until salmon flakes with a fork
- Serve with dill sauce on side
