I found this cookbook at a garage sale and it is awesome all the recipes sound soo good I am posting ones that I plan on using!
List of Ingredients
- 3 Cups Cooked black Beans
- 2 Tomatoes Diced
- 2 Red OR Green Bell Peppes Chopped
- 1 C. Yellow Corn
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Jalepeno pepper minced
- 1/4 C. fresh lime juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 T cumin
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 2 T. Chopped Fresh Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and let bowl sit in fridge several hours to blend flavors.
Final Comments
