List of Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes (4oz each)
- 4tsp fresh minced parsley
- 2 tsp fresh minced chives
- 2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh minced thyme
- 1 T olive oil
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes, and cut each one in half
- Cook, covered in boiling water for 15 min. Drain
- In a small roasting pan, toss cooked potatoes with herbs and oil.
- Bake at 350* for 10 min until crusty and browned
