Twice Baked Potatoes

Recipe Introduction
I love twice baked potatoes but I hated the points that came with them. After playing around awhile I came up with these family favorites. All the taste without all the guilt!
List of Ingredients
4 Large Potatoes (5oz each)
1/4 C. FF Sour Cream
1/4 C. Reduced Fat Cheddar
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tbl. Dried Onion
2 Tbl. Real Bacon Bits
Recipe
Scrub and wrap potatoes (I microwave mine for 12-15 minutes but you can always bake them in the oven). Let cool several minutes.
Cut a thin slice off the tops of each potatoe and scoop out potatoes leaving a "shell"
In a small mixing bowl combine potatoes and the sour cream, garlic salt and dried onion with a hand held potatoe masher.
Stir in the cheese and bacon bits.
Scoop back into the potatoes and bake in the oven at 350* for 15 minutes.
