    Recipe Introduction


    Named for the winner of the 2004 Kentucky Derby (by Brown Forman's Tim Laird).
    The Chestnut Colt:

    1.5 oz. of Woodford Reserve
    1.5 oz. Crème de Cocoa (dark)
    2 oz. Hazelnut liqueur

    Combine ingredients in a shaker. Strain into a martini glass.


    Smarty's Silks (Blue and White):

    6 oz of Crème of Coconut
    3 oz. of Blue Curaco
    1/2 Cup Finlandia

    Put 3 1/2 cups of ice in blender and add all ingredients. Blend and pour into rocks glasses.
