    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter, softened
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon Kahlua
    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cups baking M & M's
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and Kahlua. Mix well. Measure the oatmeal and blend in blender until it is a fine powder. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add M & M's. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
