    • 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    • Old English cheddar cheese
    • 3-4 green onions, chopped
    • 2 pkgs. Budding beef, chopped
    • chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Cream together cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
    2. Add green onions and beef.
    3. Mix together until well blended.
    4. Shape into a ball or log and roll in chopped pecans or parsley flakes.
    5. Chill until ready to serve with crackers.
