    Chicken Wings

    I found this recipe about 20 years ago. They are good to take to a pot luck


    List of Ingredients


    • 4-5 lb chicken wing pieces
    • 1/2 c melted butter or margarine
    • Sauce:
    • 1/2 c orange juice
    • 1/2 c cooking sherry
    • 1/2 c soy sauce
    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 1 t ground ginger
    • 1/2 to 1 tsp garlic powder (to taste)


    Instructions


    1. Roll wing sections in melted butter. Place them on a jelly roll pan. Line pan with foil if desired for easier clean up. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

    2. Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
    3. After 30 minutes, pour sauce over wings. Bake one hour longer, turning the wings every 15 minutes.
    4. Serve warm.
