    pepper
    1 teaspoon of paprika
    oil for frying

    place aggs ,milk,and seasonings into a mixing bowl,whisk until combined thoroughly
    cut the crusts from the slices of bread
    heat the oil in a frying pan till medium hot
    put a slice of the bread in the egg mixture till thoroughly coated ,place in the pan and fry till set and golden
    repeat process with remaining slices
    lovly as a quick mid-morning snack
