    List of Ingredients




    9 ounces of cous cous
    9 ounces of boiling water
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon of butter
    i onion
    1/2 pepper
    2 ounces cheese
    2 ounces raisins
    pepper
    salt

    Recipe



    put the cous cous into a pan and cover with the boiling water leave covered for 3 mins till all the water is absorbed (leave off the heat)
    meanwhile gently fry the onion and pepper till soft and golden,remove from heat and leave to cool
    put the cous cous back on the heat ,add the butter and the worcestershire sauce and heat gently till all ingredients are combined ,remove from heat and leave to cool
    combine the cous cous with the other ingredients when cool ,then add the cheese , raisins and seasoning
    put in refridgerator and serve chilled
