    Beat & Eat Frosting

    This is the frosting used for Cut-Cake Decorating.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - egg white
    • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 3/4 cups sugar
    • 1/4 cup boiling water


    Instructions


    1. Put all ingredients into a grease free glass or metal mixing bowl.

    2. Beat on 'high' until stiff peaks form, about 7-8 minutes.


    Final Comments


    This frosting is also called 7-minute Frosting. It is very sweet but is very light and spreads beautifully, something that is needed when icing cut cakes.
