    List of Ingredients







    1 (1-lb.) box confectioners sugar
    1/3 cup shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. water
    1/4 cup blueberry jam
    6 strawberries, cut in 1/2 lengthwise

    Recipe



    In medium bowl with electric mixer, combine all ingredients except for strawberries. Beat until mixture is smooth, spreading consistency. Frost cooled cupcakes. Top each cupcake with 1/2 strawberry.

    Note: These cupcakes are very moist. Grape jam may be substituted for blueberry.
