- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 2 jars (totaling 12-14 ozs) marinated artichoke hearts (tough parts
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbs chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic - chopped
Instructions
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts first. Then mix together all of the ingredients at once.
- Spread in a 9 inch pie plate and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. You can top with 1/2 cup chopped tomato after baking. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
