List of Ingredients
- 1 cup antipasto party olives
- 1 (4 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced Genoa salami
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced hard salami
- 1/4 lb thinly sliced pepperoni
- 4 oz kalamata olives
- 4 oz country olive mix
- 4 oz cracked green olives
- 6 roasted sweet peppers, cut into long strips
- 12 breadsticks
Instructions
- In bowl, toss together antipasto party olives, artichoke hearts, onion, radishes, and cheese. Place in center of large serving platter.
- Tightly roll meat. Place meat and olives around outside of platter.
- Wrap strips of roasted sweet pepper around breadsticks; place on platter.
