Artichoke Crab Dip

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (10 oz)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (7 oz) crabmeat, drained or 8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, artichokes and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4 cup baking dish (9" tart pan or 9" pie plate works well).
- Bake until bubbly, 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crackers.
