Baked Artichoke Squares

- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 (9 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup mayonaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan; press over bottom and 1" up sides to form crust. Press perforations to seal.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread mixture evenly over partially baked crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until topping is thoroughly heated. Cut into 1 1/2" squares. Serve warm.
