Basil and Citrus-Infused Olives

List of Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) jar Lindsay Sicilian Cracked Olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons basil oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- Grated zest of 1/2 a lemon
- Grated zest of 1/2 an orange
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover, refrigerate and marinate overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.
