Bean and Corn Salsa
List of Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn niblets, thawed
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 serrano chile peppers, seeded and chopped
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
