Black-Eyed Pea Salsa

List of Ingredients
- 1 (15-1/2 oz) can black-eyed peas, undrained
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T white wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine black-eyed peas, tomatoes, green chilies, green onions, jalapeno peppers, olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
