    Black Bean Dip


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans black beans
    • 1 can chopped green chilies
    • 1 jar salsa (mild or medium)
    • 8 oz container sour cream
    • 12 oz Mexican-type cheese, grated
    • tortilla chips


    Instructions


    1. Drain and mash black beans, leaving some whole. Add chilies, salsa, sour cream, and half the grated cheese. Blend well.
    2. Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
    3. Serve warm with plain tortilla chips.
