Black Bean Dip
List of Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 jar salsa (mild or medium)
- 8 oz container sour cream
- 12 oz Mexican-type cheese, grated
- tortilla chips
Instructions
- Drain and mash black beans, leaving some whole. Add chilies, salsa, sour cream, and half the grated cheese. Blend well.
- Cover with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with plain tortilla chips.
