Blue Cheese Dip

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the cream cheese with the milk over medium-low heat.
- Add the garlic powder, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; combine. Stir in the blue cheese. Transfer to small bowl and cool. Serve immediately or cover securely in Glad Press 'n Seal™ wrap and refrigerate. The dip can be made a day ahead.
- To serve the dip, separate it into a couple of small bowls or ramekins and spread them around the table. Serve with crackers, cut vegetables and sliced apples.
