    Cheddar Pecan Cheese Ball


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 T prepared brown mustard
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder
    • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1/2 cup pecan halves


    Instructions


    1. In medium mixing bowl, beat grated cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, prepared brown mustard, and onion powder with electric mixture on medium speed until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
    2. Shape into ball and coat with chopped pecans. Transfer to serving dish and arrange pecan halves around the ball.
