- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups rice krispies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grate cheese and blend with butter. Add salt, red pepper, flour, and rice krispies.
- Drop from teaspoon into small bite size pieces. Dough will be stiff. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
