Chili Cheese Bean Dip
List of Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz) can refried beans
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese for sprinkling
- tortilla or corn chips for accompaniment
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese, mixing well and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve hot with tortilla or corn chips.
