    Chili Cheese Dip

    I love to keep these ingredients on hand for entertaining or quick-to-prepare hearty snacks.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 to 1/2 lb ground beef
    • 1 can (15 oz) chili con carne without beans
    • 1 lb process cheese, cubed
    • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
    • Tortilla chips


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, brown ground beef; drain. Add chili, cheese and green chilies. Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently, until cheese melts. Serve warm with chips.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 12 servings.
