Chili Con Queso Dip
List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 tsp chili powder, optional
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
- 1 lb process cheese, cubed
- Tortilla or corn chips
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except chips. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.
- Transfer to fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve warm with chips.
